The steering Committee is pleased to invite you to the Graduate Interdisciplinary Session #4 of the MANUTECH SLEIGHT Graduate School.
THE 4TH EDITION IN FEW WORDS:

Machine Learning has received a tremendous success during the past years in a large spectrum of scientific fields thanks to its ability to address real world problems by learning from data.
After a general introduction to statistical machine learning, the objective of this interdisciplinary week will be to allow attendees
to get a good grasp at some hot-topics currently studied by the machine learning community.
The targeted audience is explicitly much broader than the computer science community and encompasses the whole domain of interest of MANUTECH SLEIGHT Graduate School, master students and PhD
students, as well as permanent researchers who want to benefit for their own research from the recent advances in machine learning (21h of courses).
The event is organised in partnership with an annual topical school of the MEGA and Materials Doctoral Schools and the lectures on Wednesday 8 July will be held on the premises of INSA Lyon.

TRAVEL FROM SAINT-ETIENNE TO LYON

On Wednesday 8 July, the Graduate Interdisciplinary Session will take place on INSA Lyon site (Campus LyonTech-la Doua).
A bus will be available from Saint-Etienne (Campus Manufacture in front of the Laboratoire Hubert Curien) at 7:30 am towards Lyon (Campus LyonTech-la Doua).
The return will be scheduled at 5:30 pm.
